Northants 5K Race Series 2021
The Northants 5K Race Series started in 2011 and has become a regular fixture in the county's annual running calendar. With hundreds of runners taking part last year, including club runners, jogging groups and those who are completely new to running, the 5k Race Series offers something for everyone. Please note: As the Northants 5K Race Series is licensed by UK Athletics all entrants must be 11 years of age or older.
The Series includes 5 trail races. All 5 races are multi-terrain courses taking in some of Northamptonshire's beautiful parklands and woodlands. All finishers will receive one of our bespoke 5K Race medals – a different one to collect at each race.
• Race 1 – Wednesday 19th May – Salcey Forest
• Race 2 – Sunday 20th June – Boughton House
• Race 3 – Wednesday 14th July – Brixworth Country Park
• Race 4 – Sunday 12th September – Sywell Country Park
• Race 5 – Sunday 3rd October – Delapre Abbey

Currently, there are no further bookings being taken. Bookings will hopefully open after the first race at Salcey Forest when the organisers are confident they can manage the staggered starts efficiently and are happy with the social distancing during the event.

If you weren't able to book onto the Salcey Forest Race - why not take part virtually? Open for those who hadn't already booked and paid for the Salcey 5K due to Covid-19 and restrictions - why not enter this race virtually.
For a small cost, run the route in your own time, let us know when you have completed and we will pop the medal in the post for you.
